From My First Auction to Foreclosure Circle

My first flip was at auction.

That experience is what got me started in real estate, and it changed everything for me.

There was something about auctions that immediately stood out. They created opportunities I was not seeing anywhere else, and over time I realized this was not the norm. Most people never touch auctions, not because they are impossible, but because they are misunderstood and intimidating without the right guidance.

There was a lot of trial and error early on. That is part of the process, but it is also where I lost time, money, and momentum. I had some guidance along the way, but I did not have the right people or a complete support system to truly walk me through the process from start to finish. A lot of things I had to figure out on my own, and access to the right resources was not easy.

That is exactly why Foreclosure Circle exists.

Foreclosure Circle was built by me and my team to give others access to real-world experience, structure, and guidance around auctions and distressed real estate.
